MR TIMOTHY KEVIN
CALLERY
Chief Operating Officer
TAT Petroleum Segment
Mr Timothy Kevin Callery
joined TAT Petroleum in
2008 and was promoted to
his current position of Chief
Operating Officer in 2010. Mr
Callery is responsible for the
overall performance of the
chemical group and works
closely with the Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer
of TAT Petroleum to develop
its business strategies. He
has close to 40 years of
relevant experience, having
held senior management
positions in finance,
operations, and international
marketing at the ExxonMobil
Group. Mr Callery holds
a Bachelor of Science in
Business Administration
from Albany State University
and MBA (Finance) from
Rider University.
MR ANG KENG BOON,
BERNARD
Deputy Chairman
TAT Petroleum Segment
Mr Ang Keng Boon started
out as theManaging Director
of TAT Petroleum in 1985.
He was promoted to his
current position of Deputy
Chairman in 2005. Besides
being responsible for the
overall performance of TAT
Petroleum, he is also in
charge of monitoring credit
exposure. Mr Ang works
with the Chief Executive
Officer of TAT Petroleum to
supervise the day-to-day
operations and shares the
responsibility of overseeing
the human resource division
with the Chairman of TAT
Petroleum.
MR TAN THOO HUAT,
WINSON
Business Unit Director
(Intermediates)
TAT Petroleum Segment
Mr Tan Thoo Huat joined
TAT Petroleum in 2005
and is responsible for the
overall performance of the
intermediates
business
unit. Prior to joining TAT
Petroleum, Mr Tan was
a director of Avenue
Trading Pte. Ltd., where
he was responsible for
its chemical business in
Singapore. Mr Tan holds a
certificate in Management
from Singapore Institute of
Management.
MR FONG WEI SEONG
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Fong Wei Seong joined
the Group in 2007 and is
responsible for all financial
aspects of the Group,
including financial planning
and analysis, corporate
finance and accounting,
internal controls, financial
reporting and treasury
functions. Mr Fong’s past
experience includes working
as Financial Controller in
various companies and
as an Audit Manager with
Ernst & Young Singapore.
Mr Fong graduated with
a Bachelor of Commerce,
majoring in Accounting
and Finance from Curtin
University, Australia. He is
also a member of Certified
Practicing Accountants
Australia.
