MR LEOW KIM HOCK
General Manager (Trading)

Mr Leow Kim Hock joined
the Group in 1998 and was
appointed to his current
position in 2008. He
co-manages the Group’s
corrosion prevention
trading arm together with
Mr Tan Teck Seng, Ronnie.
Mr Leow is in charge of
project sales management
and responsible for
evaluating new product
lines for the trading
division. Prior to this, he
was the Products Manager
of Lesoon Equipment Pte
Ltd for 11 years. Mr Leow
possesses a Diploma
in Business Efficiency &
Productivity in Marketing &
Sales Management. He is a
Certified NACE International
Coating Inspector.
MR. TAN TECK SENG,
RONNIE
General Manager (Trading)
CP Segment
Mr Tan Teck Seng, Ronnie
was appointed to his
present position in 2010. He
co-manages the Group’s
corrosion prevention trading
division together with
Mr Leow Kim Hock. Mr Tan
is responsible for the sales
and marketing of product
lines of the trading division.
Prior to his current position,
Mr Tan held various
positions in the Group’s
trading division for 10 years
since 1998.
MR WONG SOON MENG,
DAVE
Business Unit Director
(Lubricants)
TAT Petroleum Segment
Mr Wong Soon Meng joined
TAT Petroleum in 2005.
He is responsible for the
overall performance of the
lubricants business unit,
as well as TAT Petroleum’s
business in Vietnam. Prior
to joining TAT Petroleum,
Mr Wong was a director of
Avenue Trading Pte. Ltd.,
where he was responsible
for its lubricants and fuels
business as well as the
implementation of its
sales plans for oil majors.
He holds a Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering
and a Diploma in Industrial
Management from the
Singapore Polytechnic.
