Resignation Of Vice Chairman And Non Executive Director

The Board of Directors of See Hup Seng Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has received from Mr Lee Chee Seng a resignation letter as director with effect from 20 January 2012.Mr Lee Chee Seng was appointed Vice Chairman and Non Executive Director of the Company on 10 January 2007. With Mr Lee's wealth of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and business development, he had been instrumental in working closely with the board to restructure the corrosion prevention business in the earlier years, and diversify the Group's business beyond corrosion prevention to include distribution of refined petroleum products.
Mr Lee has submitted to the Board to resign as director on 20 January 2012 due to personal reasons and his desire to focus on his other business ventures. The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Lee for his contributions to the Company.
