Resignation Of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of See Hup Seng Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Goh Yeo Hwa has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 12 July 2010.The Board would like to record its sincere appreciation to Mr Goh Yeo Hwa for his valuable contributions to the Group during his tenure of service.
The details of the resignation of Mr Goh Yeo Hwa are contained in separate announcement made today.
