Resignation Of Executive Director And Chief Operating Officer

The Board of Directors of See Hup Seng Limited (the "Company") wishes to inform that Mr Lum Chee Kong has tendered his resignation as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Group to pursue his other personal interests. His last day of service with the Group is 13 June 2010. Accordingly, Mr Lum relinquishes his position as Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. In addition, his operational responsibilities in the corrosion prevention business will be assumed by Mr Thomas Lim Siok Kwee, who is the Chairman and CEO of the Group.
The Board of Directors would like to express its appreciation to Mr Lum for his dedicated service and contributions to the Group, and wish him the best in his future undertakings.
The details of the resignation of Mr Lum are contained in separate announcement made today.
