Resignation Of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Directors of See Hup Seng Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Tan Lee Meng has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 25 March 2010. The Board would like to record its sincere appreciation to Mr Tan Lee Meng for his valuable contributions to the Group during his tenure of service.
