Relinquishing Of Executive Duties Of Executive Director

The Board of Directors of See Hup Seng Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that Mr Thomas Lim Siok Kwee has relinquished his executive duties in the Company and has been designated as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Chairman of the Company with effect from 1st April 2008.
