Mr. Goh, has more than 25 years of Accounting & Finance experience, including 21 years of Senior Manager/Controller roles in corporate planning, treasury, consolidation reporting, management & statutory compliance reporting, tax & tax planning, and audit as well as preparation work for companies listing. His range of experiences spans from Manufacturing, construction, Oil & Gas, Healthcare, Engineering & Offshore & Marine, which extended across his earlier years in one of the Big Six audit experience, to subsequently GLC, SGX-listed & MNC industries.

Mr. Goh graduated and became a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the year 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Applied Accounting. Currently, a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Joseph Chua joined the Group in April 2015 as the Chief Executive Officer of Sinenergy Pte. Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company engaged in the business of supply and installation of mechanical and electrical works (including solar photovoltaic systems). He is responsible for overall management, including the formulation of business strategies, sales, marketing and daily operations business of Sinenergy, and overseeing the integration of the Solar Power Business into the Group's operations. Prior to this, he was a director of Clear Pte Ltd and PT Clear Energy from June 2008 to March 2015. His responsibilities in these companies included the design and installation of solar energy solutions, sourcing of renewable energy products, and sales and marketing of energy-efficient lamps such as light-emitting diode lightings and induction lightings in Singapore and Indonesia. Mr. Chua graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) from RMIT University. He also holds various diplomas including a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, an advanced Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the Management Development Institute of Singapore.

Mr. Willie Wang joined the Group in Jan 2014 as the Contracts and Commercial Director of Hetat Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company engaged in the business of structural steel and facade ("SSF") consists of the design, engineering, and construction of integrated structures created from steel, aluminum and glass materials business. He is responsible for overall contracts management, contracts negotiation, and contracts administrator role in Hetat Pte Ltd. Prior to this, he was a Contact Manager in Mero GMBH and in charge of large-scale architectural steel and facade projects in Singapore and overseas. Mr. Wang graduated with an honor B Sc (Building) Hons from NUS.

Mr Terence Lim is the son of Mr. Thomas Lim Siok Kwee, former Director of the Company. He joined the Group in September 2020 as part of the succession plan. He is responsible for overall management and operations matters of the CP segment. Prior to this, he was the Executive Director of See Hup Seng Limited from 1998 to 2006 and also Director of Paliy Engineering Pte Ltd during the past 10 years. Mr. Lim possesses a Bachelor of Commerce (Major in Accountancy).
